Shipping

Orders are dispatched 1-2 days after purchase.

Standard UK shipping is £3.99 and takes 2-3 days from the date of dispatch.

Fast track shipping is £4.99 and aims to be delivered 1 day after dispatch.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and packaging that you received it in, unworn, unused and with sanitary stickers in place. Used items cannot be refunded.

Returns are not free, refunds will deduct return shipping costs.

Shipping to the EU costs £12.99 and should take 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (VAT) and carrier handling fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. They are set by the destination country's customs authority and delivery carrier, and are outside of our control.

If your parcel is delayed in customs, we'll do our best to help where we can, but unfortunately we cannot speed up the customs clearance process.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order through the website.
